Yosef, one of the two highest official religious authorities in Israel, said this during an event last Thursday at the Gush Katif Museum in Jerusalem, dedicated to commemorating the so-called “expulsion” of Israeli settlers from the Gaza Strip settlements in 2005.

David Yosef is the brother of former chief rabbi Yitzhak Yosef and the son of former chief rabbi Ovadia Yosef, who was one of the most influential religious figures in Israel since its establishment. All three have shared and expressed the same views regarding Palestine and Palestinians, views firmly based in the Jewish religion.

Israel Katz: “I feel good. It’s all the result of a deliberate policy... The IDF is inside, the residents are outside, and the houses are destroyed.”

On 13 July, the Israeli government’s leading propaganda outlet Channel 14 published this piece, an important piece of evidence in proving Israel’s clear intent to systematically annihilate Gaza since October 7, 2023.

Prominent genocidal propagandist Hallel Bitton Rosen went into northern Gaza to marvel at the utter devastation, together with Minister of Defense Israel Katz, who promised Jewish settlements in Gaza, and some of the most senior IDF commanders currently in charge of carrying out the genocide.

In the piece, the IDF Deputy Chief of Staff, Major General Tamir Yadai, refers to all the Palestinians who have been killed in Gaza during the genocide as “terrorists”: “I don’t know how to describe this except as victory. When you control 65% of the area, when 70,000 terrorists have been killed, when most of the population is on the beach, already their second summer there...”

During the ongoing genocide in Palestine, Eliyahu has been calling to “Blot out the memory of Amalek”, to shoot random Palestinians on the street (“if you see them and you have even the smallest legal excuse, empty two magazines on them, not just one”), and has worked closely with the most senior figures in the government to advance the annihilation of Gaza.

According to victims’ accounts, Shmuel Eliyahu also leads a ritual pedophilia ring, one of several operating throughout West Bank settlements and within the 48 territories (“Israel proper”). He is both an accomplice and a rival of Rabbi Zvi Thau*, another highly influential rabbi - one of Thau’s disciples, David Zini, is the new head of the Shin Bet.

In a (rather successful) attempt to silence** the voices of victims of sexual abuse - his own and those of other predators - Eliyahu founded the so-called Rabbinical Court for Victims of Sexual Abuse. The court is run by the rabbi’s daughter, and despite not being an official state body, it receives funding and recognition from the state.

The sole aims of the court are to collect testimonies to be used as leverage against Eliyahu’s opponents, prevent the involvement of the police and other official authorities, and keep the names of the perpetrators out of the public eye, thus allowing them to continue the abuse.

In a video posted last October on the official Facebook page of Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu’s Office, meant to exemplify the “importance” of his work on sexual abuse cases, the rabbi spoke with his daughter, Efrat Rabinowitz, director of the Rabbinical Court, about the court’s work.

Eliyahu described how a mother of two yeshiva students came to him and told him that her sons were systematically abusing their sister. His advice to her was to “Break their glasses... Tear their clothes, break a broomstick over them... You must”. According to him, she did that and more, and not only was the abuse stopped, Eliyahu claims, but it had supposedly “healed” the daughter “more than a thousand therapists”.

*Rabbi Thau runs his own ritual abuse ring, which has been harming countless women and children in West Bank settlements for decades, completely uninterrupted. His victims included the late daughter of Israeli minister Orit Strock, Shoshana Strock, a courageous whistleblower who was murdered earlier this year to prevent her from speaking out any further about the horrific abuse she was subjected to for decades, at the hands of some of the most powerful people in the country, including her mother.

**Eliyahu is currently conducting a million-shekel SLAPP suit against one of his victims, Nehama Te’ana, who grew up with Shoshana Strock in the Jewish settlement of Hebron, and has been leading a campaign for the past few years to arrest her main abuser, Rabbi Zvi Thau. Last year she revealed that Shmuel Eliyahu also took part in her decades-long ritual and non-ritual abuse.

“A mother came, her two sons are yeshiva students. They hurt their sister, really hurt her systematically.

I told her “When they come home, you hit them, you break their glasses, you tear their clothes, you break a broomstick over them.”

“How can I do that?”

“You want to save them? You want to save your daughter? You must.”

They came home, she did just that and even more. In the end she threw them out of the house, torn clothes, torn suits, and they slept outside, shivering from the cold. Honestly, that was a tiny punishment compared to what they deserve.

After two days she let them into the house crawling. I think she saved their lives. And her daughter’s life.

Sometimes, “he who spares the rod hates his son.” [Proverbs 13:24]

I met her one day and she said to me, “You have no idea, you saved our family.”

Even the daughter, who saw how she behaved toward the boys, it healed her more than a thousand therapists.”

“Exact revenge on the goyim” (Psalms 149:7)

This isn't a quote from a current report on West Bank settler violence, but from a report written by Ahad Ha'am and published in June 1891.

Ahad Ha'am (the pen name of Asher Zvi Hirsch Ginsberg) was a leading Zionist ideologue and the founder of "Cultural Zionism". This excerpt is from a report, written after his first trip to Palestine, called Truth from the Land of Israel (Eretz Yisrael), which was published in HaMelitz, a Hebrew newspaper printed in the Russian Empire.

1891 was six years before the official birth of the modern Zionist movement, or "Political Zionism", sixteen years before the establishment of the first Zionist militia in Palestine (Bar Giora), and twenty-six years before the Balfour Declaration. But by this point, at least five Palestinian villages had already been uprooted to make room for proto-Zionist Jewish settlements.

Zionism was always a colonial, violent, racist movement. Zionists never saw Palestinians as human beings equal to themselves. The supremacist tendencies were always there, embedded in the mindset of the colonial settlers, who raised the next generation on the same values. The next generation, in turn, kept the indoctrination going, and so on.

And now, 135 years later, we are seeing the inevitable culmination of this supremacist way of thought. The Zionists are committing an unimaginably horrific genocide against the native people of Palestine. And somehow, the world still turns a blind eye, just like it ignored the warnings all the way back in the 19th century.

"We must surely learn, from both our past and present history, how careful we must be not to provoke the anger of the native people by doing them wrong, how we should be cautious in our dealings with a foreign people among whom we returned to live, to handle these people with love and respect and, needless to say, with justice and good judgment. And what do our brothers do? Exactly the opposite! They were slaves in their Diasporas, and suddenly they find themselves with unlimited freedom, wild freedom that only a country like Turkey [the Ottoman Empire] can offer. This sudden change has planted despotic tendencies in their hearts, as always happens to former slaves ["eved ki yimlokh" – when a slave becomes king – Proverbs 30:22]. They deal with the Arabs with hostility and cruelty, trespass unjustly, beat them shamefully for no sufficient reason, and even boast about their actions. There is no one to stop the flood and put an end to this despicable and dangerous tendency. Our brothers indeed were right when they said that the Arab only respects he who exhibits bravery and courage. But when these people feel that the law is on their rival's side and, even more so, if they are right to think their rival's actions are unjust and oppressive, then, even if they are silent and endlessly reserved, they keep their anger in their hearts. And these people will be revengeful like no other."

Nissim Vaturi, Likud MK and deputy speaker of the Knesset, reiterates his call to ethnically cleanse all Palestinians from Palestine.

There were indeed similarities - both were part of an indigenous anti-colonial struggle, and yes, both also included some horrific deaths.

Another resemblance was the atrocity propaganda. The Zionist atrocity propaganda of 1929 set the atmosphere - not just among Zionists but across the West - for the crushing of the 1936-1939 revolt by the British, the 1948 Nakba, and 76 years of oppression and apartheid. It then inspired the creators of Israeli October 7 atrocity propaganda, which was and still is used to manufacture consent for an ongoing genocide.

One of many supposed "testimonies" from 1929 Hebron, quoted last year in a tweet by Zionist propagandist Melanie Phillips, read: "They cut off hands, they cut off fingers, they held heads over a stove, they gouged out eyes. A rabbi stood immobile, commending the souls of his Jews to God – they scalped him. They made off with his brains.

On Mrs. Sokolov’s lap, one after the other, they sat six students from the yeshiva and, with her still alive, slit their throats. They mutilated the men. They shoved thirteen-year-old girls, mothers, and grandmothers into the blood and raped them in unison."

What never makes it into the Zionist version of "history", is the fact that the British Mandatory authorities, in cooperation with the Zionists, conducted an investigation into the allegations of torture, sexual abuse, and mutilation during the Hebron attacks, and found no proof whatsoever for any of it.

And just like today, Zionists responded with gaslighting - the Jewish doctors involved insisted that "because of the advanced stage of decay of the bodies when the exhumation took place, proper examination was impossible" and Zionist representatives ordered to stop the exhumation, after only one third of the bodies were dug up.

The Zionist Executive declared they "deplored" the mere questioning of the allegations, just like 94 years later, when the state they created outright refused to cooperate with the UN investigation into sexual violence allegations from October 7.

The Zionist newspaper Zionist Bulletin sarcastically mocked the eyewitness account of local British officer Cafferata and wrote that "We fail to appreciate why, if he, as a police officer, present apparently at several places at once, did not, even at the risk of his own life, do something to prevent the murders."

In reality, Officer Cafferata possibly prevented a much larger massacre and actually killed several attackers - and possibly others, since he constantly shot indiscriminately into the crowd - including an Arab policeman under his command. In Zionist historiography, Cafferata and the rest of the British are depicted, of course, as antisemites who helped the Arabs slaughter Jews.

The source of the above info is not some antisemitic British reporter, or a blood-libelous oriental Arab tale, but the September 24, 1929 issue of the Jewish Daily Bulletin, a Jewish newspaper published in New York by the Jewish Telegraphic agency.
